Logging In
Are you an existing NYPA user and are having trouble logging in? Follow the instructions below for a step-by-step guide on how to log in.
Please note: If you have not logged in within the last year, you will be required to register. Learn more by visiting the ‘Creating an Account’ info page.
1) Select an Application
Select one of the NYPA applications you are registered with and wish to log into.
2) Enter your Email
Provide your registered email address. It should be the one associated with your NYPA account.
3) Enter your Password
Enter the password associated with your NYPA account and click the ‘Continue’ button.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link below the input field and follow the Password reset steps to reset your NYPA account password
4) Click the ‘Login’ Button
Once you’ve entered the associated email address and password click the “Log In” button to access your NYPA account.
5) Complete the Multi-factor Authentication
If you've set up both ‘SMS/Phone call’ and the ‘Authenticator App’, choose your preferred method and click 'Continue' for account security.
- SMS/Phone call: Select ‘Text Me’ or ‘Call Me’ and you’ll receive a one-time code via text message or phone call on your registered number. (Please note: We cannot support phone numbers with extensions; please ensure you are using a number for a direct line.)
- Authenticator App: Use the Microsoft Authenticator app or similar to generate a code for authentication
6) Enter the MFA Code
If you chose SMS, enter the code you received via text message. If you’re using the Microsoft Authenticator app, open the app and provide the code generated.
Click ‘Resend Verification Code’ if you have any issues.
7) Click the ‘Continue’ Button to proceed
You will then be taken to the previously selected NYPA application.
